Few days ago, I had some discussions with my longed friend, Lee (Who made previous sidebar loader from my html and some useful apps in Vista Transformation Pack). He said he was bored so I gave him Vista Start Menu project for him and it looks promising. Hopefully you’ll be able to use it in Vista Transformation Pack 7 with full Vista functionality and transparency support.
This is the main content, he showed me his DWM emulation and see he can rip off window parts and customize it. Right now it replaced window border with transparent Longhorn glass background picture. It’s still in early stage and far from useful but looks very promising. If he can actually finish it, you can just use msstyles and apply his app for glass looks border.
