Help with Torrents

Can any1 help me?I used FLASHGET to download a torrent.(8.38GB)And i paused it and shut down the PC last night.It was only 7% complete.But today i onned it and resumed at once it came to 100%!!But the files were still .avi.FB! Files

(Eg:Filename1.avi.FB!)
Also u can check howmany % of each file is downloaded,yesterday it had downloaded different amounts of each file but Today it said 0% and Download has completed!

Why!Pls.Help ME!!!

hmmm machan i dun use flash get for torrents;) sorry bro...but y dont u shift to utorrent????? u nwa get dose kinda probs in it;););)
