ah k but sm times it gets red i thought sm thing wrong wth th Router's firewall.its a U.S.Robotics...

Macho I know the problem. U have not forwarded you torrent port properly. You can test it yourself. In uTorrent go to Options > Speed Guide > Test if port is forwarded properly. If this gives out an error contact me soon. I will tell you how to forward your port.

Green = port is forwarded properly
Red = port is not forwarded. Peers can't connect to you. The tracker might limit your speed from its end.
Orange = can't remember :D

I think it depends on the tracker. Not sure though. Always try to get it green.

Why not? You have to use NAT. You have to configure them in the router. Ask Lakmal. He will surely help you with that (since he has a USR too).
