Just to fool the people and get profits. Some people only look at the amount of RAM :D

Why do they sell X1300 512MB and 7300GT 512MB models? They are not in the ATI/nVidia reference designs.

Where higher RAM is necessary (such as ultra highend video cards), they will not lower the clock speeds. Sometimes they might even increase them.

Never get a 1GB DDR2 667 more than 10k and without lifetime.
