Angels & Demons is thrilling mystery drama, directed by Ron Howard which is based on the Dan Brown’s bestselling novel of the same name. Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon (Tom Hanks), known for his notorious relationship with the Church, lands the responsibility of interpreting the clues that point towards a terrible conspiracy. The Pope has died and the four main candidates, hopeful of succeeding him, are abducted before the conclave could determine the successor. To complicated matters a menacing threat is received, which not only revels the plan to kill the four priests at one hour interval, but also proposes the complete extermination of the Vatican City. The threat is perceived to be a part of an elaborate revenge planned by a group called the Illuminati that had supposedly stopped existing long ago. Running against time, Langdon travels through Rome along with beautiful physicist Vittoria Vetra (Ayelet Zurer), to find the carefully hidden signs that will lead them to a terrifying opponent, a traumatic discovery, and the outrageous truth.
