This is the spam definition of an Illegal Pirate Software/Media download site.
They want people to post links and post stuff from other sites but not to post anything other than questions about downloads, and mirror links as replies.
So that’s why they have created such rules. It’s not the common definition of spam. There are lot of things to remove and lot of things to add to make a correct definition. Actually its their private policy which they use in their download site. :yes:
