Yeah AMD HSFs r easy to install coz only one two types were around all the time.Intel would be gr8 coz there were many types recently.

Installing an Intel HSF isn't hard. Just turn the screws holding the heatsink, and that's all. Only applicable to stock HSF though. Haven't seen how Athlon64's HSF's are mounted though. But it's nothing you have to remember. At most, you'll have to read the CPU/motherboard manual.
