What you said is not clear enough.
Tell us,
1. How much system RAM is installed
2. How much is shared with VGA
3. What the motherboard make and model is (at least the chipset)
4. How much maximum RAM can the motherboard share with the VGA (according to the manual)

No. There aren't dedicated RAM for integrated video solutions.
But there is one thing, but only in newer integrated VGAs. It doesn't allocate full amount at once. It can dynamically allocate RAM for video operations. When I set to 128MB DMT in BIOS, it only allocates RAM to video when needed. It can only be using around 8MB depending on there colour depth, resolution etc.
