KGB Archiver is the compression tool with unbelievable high compression rate. It surpasses even such efficient compression tool like 7zip and UHARC in terms of the abilities. Unfortunately although its powerful compression rate, it has high hardware requirements (I recommend processor with 1,5GHz clock and 256MB of RAM as an essential minimum). One of the advantages of KGB Archiver is also AES-256 encryption which is used to encrypt the archives. This is one of the strongest encryptions known for human.

Hardware requirements

Essential minimum
Processor :: 1,5 GHz (32-bit)
RAM :: 256 MB
Free disk space :: 3 MB
Operating system :: W*NDOW$ NT/2000/XP/2003


Recommended
Processor :: 3,0 GHz (64-bit)
RAM :: 1,5 GB
Free disk space :: 3 MB
Operating system :: W*NDOW$ XP x64 SP1/2003 x64 SP1


Command line

Compression
kgb_arch_compress.exe "file1" "file2" "file3" instead of file1, file2, file3,... you can place directory path with backslash (\) at the end

Extraction
kgb_arch_decompress.exe "archive.kgb" "path" extracts archive kgb/kge/sfx to directory "path" (optional argument)

yeah dis shit workz.. though it takez a while 2 compress n uncompress.. it worx :-) just read a freakin review n man.. it takez forever 2 compress/uncompress... if ya r lackin time not recommended.. if ya ve got al da time in da wrld.. den go ahead .. lmao

n da part bout 1 GB to 3 to 4 MB.. it typically dependz on wut data ya r compressin.. if itz uncompressed bitmap filez.. den chancez r itz possible.. else nada...

yeah.. it ll be way better dan winzip n da rest but it would not compress it 2 da size ya would expect lolz.. just a few mbz smaller dan da compression o winzip etc..

time consumtion depends on the size of the file ryte..:D..Is this full version?:confused::D

for example buddy.. in termz o time taken... winzip/winrar etc. would take typically 8 minz to compress about 700 MB of varying data (movies, images etc.).. this shit takez 2 hourz n 15 minz odd!!!! so think deep...

nt sure bout dis bein da full ver.. didnt dload it.. just knw bout it ;-)

it aint trial dude!!! seems like full version to me :D taking 40 hours to compress 11gb :(

dere wuz 1 compression prog which i used earlier called the BOA constrictor but i dnt think itz out dere anymore.. itz out of date but it used 2 have a pretty good speed in compressing.. am doubtful though bout it bein dere now.. sorry :-( ... stick 2 winzip or winrar (preferably) til some compression breakthrough happenz..
