The thing is machan if you are not a big company you can't really run such mail system.
I mean if you have large number of active users like 100,000 then you can cover the cost with ads. Other than that its really hard to give even 2 GB mail from your own.server.
I have seen 1Tb space email accounts and free hosting accounts too. They just always down or get out of business very soon. So use them for storing stuff but not as your permanent mail account coz they may fade away with your mails.
I was even beta testing this 30gigs.com Those days it was good, but lot of downtime after they open to the public. even now its down.

Anyway don’t get scared! This is not gonna apply to our ElaKiri.com 2Gb mail accounts that you have now. They are very reliable coz its powered by Google.
