Based on the Bret Easton Ellis’ collection of short stories and directed by Gregor Jordan, ‘The Informers’ revolves around an assorted group of characters. It shows the happenings and major events occurring during a week in 1983 Los Angeles that includes a kidnapper, movie executives, rock stars, and innumerous morally depraved individuals. The movie was shot in Los Angeles, Uruguay and Buenos Aires and it’s the last movie Brad Renfro appeared in before his death.
