If you had a love-potion, who would you make fall madly in love with you? Timothy, prone to escaping his dismal high school reality through dazzling musical daydreams, gets to answer that question in a very real way. After his eccentric teacher casts him as Puck in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, he stumbles upon a recipe hidden within the script to create the play’s magical, purple love-pansy. Were The World Mine is an adventure based musical romance, directed by Tom Gustafson. The story revolves around a bright young man Timothy (Tanner Cohen), who is gay and has a serious crush on Jonathon (Nathaniel David Becker), who is a straight guy. After being cast in a musical adaptation of William Shakespeares A Midsummer Nights Dream, Timothy is inspired to successfully develop his own love potion whose recipe he finds hidden within the script. He tests his potion on his closest friend Frankies (Zelda Williams) boyfriend, Max (Ricky Goldman) with positive results and then he uses the potion to win the love of Jonathan.
