http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/th_W810i02backpannelscrews.jpg (http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/W810i02backpannelscrews.jpg) with a philips screwdriver remove the back pannel. (2 screws)
http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/th_W810i03backpannelknife1.jpg (http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/W810i03backpannelknife1.jpg) carefuly insert the knife (or a faceplate remove tool) between the boddy and the back pannel making a small force on the back pannel from the center out
http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/th_W810i04backpannelknife2.jpg (http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/W810i04backpannelknife2.jpg) other point of view from the same step.
http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/th_W810i05antena.jpg (http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/W810i05antena.jpg) with a flat screwdriver remove the (4) hook support for the antena.
http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/th_W810i06frontpannelscrews.jpg (http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/W810i06frontpannelscrews.jpg) now we need the T6 screwdriver to remove the 2 screws that support the front pannel.
http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/th_W810i07frontpannelknife.jpg (http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/W810i07frontpannelknife.jpg) now we remove the front pannel in the same way as the back pannel
http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/th_W810i08keyboard.jpg (http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/W810i08keyboard.jpg) The keyboard is a easy step, carefuly unplug strait up the keyboard plug
http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/th_W810i09LCDscrews.jpg (http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/W810i09LCDscrews.jpg) with the T6 remove the LCD screws on the top (and there is no more screws to remove)
http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/th_W810i10LCDconnector.jpg (http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/W810i10LCDconnector.jpg) like the keyboard, remove in the same way the LCD connector
http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/th_W810i11cameraflexcable.jpg (http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/W810i11cameraflexcable.jpg) Now this is a very fragil step, remove very carefully the 1st of two connectors of this camera flex cable. (i say that because i dammage mine, now i have one that i buy on ebay and the flash led work's bad, is not like the original)
http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/th_W810i12motherboard.jpg (http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/W810i12motherboard.jpg) The motherboard is hanged by "clips" just force the boddy outside and the motherboard comes out almost automaticly (keep eye on the camera flex cable and in the usb connector)
http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/th_W810i13cameramoduleflexcable.jpg (http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/W810i13cameramoduleflexcable.jpg) now remove very carefully the 2nd connector of the camera flex cable

http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/th_W810i15cameraflexcablefrontled.jpg (http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/W810i15cameraflexcablefrontled.jpg) the last step for the camera flex cable, just "unstick" the flsh led support
http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/th_W810i16speakersmodule.jpg (http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/W810i16speakersmodule.jpg) now just force from back to front the speaker's support (this module is "sticky" so need extra carefull force
http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/th_W810i17vibrator.jpg (http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/W810i17vibrator.jpg) we are almost done, now just remove the vibrator module
http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/th_W810i18bluetoothantena.jpg (http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h5/sevemas/other%20stuff/W810i18bluetoothantena.jpg) now the last step, remove the bluetooth antena.
