The newspapers reported the great master , Dr. Lester James Peiris , saying that

his greatest masterpiece, " Nidhanaya " is lost forever.

I feel anger & revulsion towards everyone responsible, and a terrible sadness

as a lover of the arts.

Real tragedy. Folk these days knows only the hindi shit and what not. They don't have a clue of the esteem of cinema we've had. If the negatives are lost of Nidanaya, Lester himself is also accountable for that. It's his child, and he should take the steps to preserve it to the future. I've been looking for a way to watch this movie for ages.
