I don't get why you looking for a software to run windows 7 32 bit mode in a windows 7 32 bit computer. That OS is already there in your computer as I understand so you don't need a virtual pc software again.

Anyway keep in mind windows 7 has a compatibility mode option so you can run any software that you have used in any other earlier windows version (Eg - Windows XP, Vista). You just have to change settings before you run the application.
