Yes! some pictures are real! But if you analyze carefully all this hype about "Flying Saucers" are actually came into live in mid 1900's and at the peak of US-Russian cold war period!!

At that time, US and Russia was equally powerful, infact Russia was a bit advanced if you like.. they sent the 1st man into space.. so US was itching and they had many secret projects.. which the details weren't released to the public until recent... the fact is US government and even Russian govt. was pretty happy that general public put an "Alien" label to whatever odd things they see in the sky.. because it was the Perfect Cover up for their secret projects !!

And just think..... we know for sure that life doesn't exsists in this solar system other than on earth (this already proven), if any aliens are to come to earth they must have the technology to travel "Light Years", and if they have that.. they are extremely superior to us in every way!!! So they just come all the way here to watch us? I dont think so..

for example.. Do we humans care about animals? NO!! because we have the power of technology to rule over them, kill them, domesticate them... so if aliens existed it would be the same!! they'd be already ruling us!!!

I think It's possible machang.

There a several ways to do this..

1. Using hibranation for long-distance space travels (the most attractive concept I've seen.
They go to sleep on the launch..A powerful computer or an AI takes the the ship to the destination..After they reach the destination.. they wake up and continue their work..
No matter how long it takes to the journey It's no problem to them...they are not affected .. their age and physical status remains the same when they started hibernating..)

2. If they have a longer life time than us.

3. or a journey through generations..They live in the ship eat drink work and breed..After they die. their decendants continue the journey till they reach their destination..

4.Or there would be no pro at all If they have discovered Quantum technology...
A trip to the nearest solar system will be comfortable like Travelling to the nearest town on bus.

But most ufo/alien encounters which we see on the media can't be trusted..
