i use 2 softwares.
1st i use vcd cutter v 4.0 cut the video i want and i save it as a MP3. But this type of Mp3 works only on some players and is relativly large.

Then i use Mp3 to Wave convertor 2.0 to convert them to another Mp3 format that can be used on all the players.

I hav both S/W. PM ur email and il send them 2 u if u want

Here Ya Go this is wat i use X.loft ya can convert ya video track to dif bit rate not only mp3 any other sound n it got 5.1 qulity in it

audacity shows NO features of audio interleave ripping from video in its site... suggest ya try out da link i ve shown ya or else go wit clublkz linko...
