A Good Doctor Needed

A good doctor is needed for my phone....:( :( :( :(
About two days ago i dropped it. and now.. all the other features work but it says no network coverage. I changed the sim and it's working ok. I tired another sim with the same phone.. the same problem persists.So can you guys tell me where to take it... please. I'm really worried about it and i want my phone to get well soon.:( :( :( :( :( :( :(
