How can you check for Bad Clusters in XP?

I am using XP SP2 and I want to know how to scan for Bad Clusters in the HDD. (I use NTFS).

When I use the 'normal' disk check utility (CHKDSK) it says 0 KB in Bad Sectors.

Does that mean there are no bad clusters, or that bad clusters takes up less than 1 Kb?

Is there any software that can map out bad clusters?
