Blv me Windows Movie Maker can do something like that! So try it! But if u need something more go for Adobe (Cant remember da name correctly!) Premiere or something i guess!

If it is encoded by Xvid you can download a subtitle file and rename the subtitle file to the same name as the video file. Any player would automatically take up subtitles thereafter.
