I found a patch in www.nfsunlimited.net (http://www.nfsunlimited.net) for NFS MW. It says this patch can convert the 'Normal' version of Most wanted in to Most Wanted Black Edition. (It's not a patch actually it's a file you need to copy to the game folder). I just want to know if this patch does what it says or will it just mess up the game.
