I know it's not a nice thing to remind ourselves but the way it's currently going I think it's important that we should.

GoSL says we are winning, LTTE says they are winning, International Community says nobody is winning.

I don't know who to believe but I feel it's all getting out of hand. :(

That's what I want and hopefully most of us want. Everyday LTTE say otherwise and they use their propaganda to convince Tamil diaspora that we can't live together.

Then when Mahinda Rajapakshe makes stupid moves like evicting Tamils it makes me wonder if they too are gaining in some way by continuing the war because moves like that only further divides the people. :(

Ado jhsa12, that's just one side of the story. Don't forget the atrocities the LTTE has committed.

These shadow forces commit these crimes and the gov blames the LTTE and those who want to discredit the gov and LTTE supporters blame the gov.

While the rest of us civilians suffer! Who's committing these crimes to help continue this war? I think ginseng is right, there are people who gain from it and they are the ones who do these things.

LTTE is obviously one party that gains from war.
