Yes, it is possible to unlock E61 (BB5) now. software is out and you can do it from any pro mobile unlocking shop (may not be available in srilanka). this will cost you from $100 to $150.

I have all BB5 unlock box (MT-Box) for sale and it will cost you $6500, and you can unlock all BB5 phones via test point and it is unlimited.

any of you in srilanka wants to buy this i will give $1000 discount and ship the item to you for free (i will send it by hand with somebody) . very nice tool for somebody who got a mobile unlock shop in srilanka.
