As a company that has pioneered new and innovative products since its inception, Action Station (Pvt) Ltd is set to venture in to another ground breaking venture by bringing down the world famous Ministry Of Sound to rejuvenate the entertainment scene in Sri Lanka. The Sequence of MOS events which are scheduled to be held on the 23 June, 21 July and the 25 August 2007 are set to create a storm in Sri Lanka.
Action Station intend on having the events at three of Sri Lanka's leading clubs H2O, Onyx and Tramps. All three days promise to be sold out in advance considering the global appeal that Ministry of Sound DJ's have.
The performance will be the first time ever that MOS and three of its top ranked global DJ's will be performing LIVE in Colombo, making these events the biggest club nights for the year. For this event M.O.S top ranked DJ's Dipesh Parmar, Richard Dinsdale and Nick Bridges and our very own DJ's Prasad from Qatar and DJ Danushka will spin Club goers in to frenzy with their respective styles of music mixing. For each schedule date in addition to the respective DJ's, two M.O.S dancers with their jaw dropping dance moves will also be specially flown down for the events.
Ministry of Sound which is a London based entertainment company and night club is the agent for many leading DJs/Producers in the world, some notable examples would be DJ Jazzy Jeff, Bob Sinclair, Tiesto and Benny Benassi to name a few. They will choreograph all three club nights and make sure that all three events will be one of a kind and a first in Sri Lanka. Their mere presence in Sri Lanka will be a huge boost to future entertainment gigs to be held in the country and will surely open the doors for other prominent global artistes to come down and woo our local audiences. With the help of MOS who are the agents for many prominent personalities and with their contacts with other global musicians/bands etc on board, this event is only just the beginning with many more events already been lined up for the latter part of the year.
