Audigy + 5.1 Speaker configuration

one of ma friends have a Creative Audigy sound card
and a Creative 5.1 speaker system, but only the 2 front
speakers are working, does any one know how to configure?
pls help....

are u sure about the drivers it i correctly installed(is it the original driver)
