youtube is getting very slow now. i cant stream a ten second video.. it buffers 25 seconds.. anyone have this problem??

Its probably your ISP. Youtube can't slow down! there servers are one of the best servers. They have tons and tons of bandwidth. So it won't/can't slow down.

You Tube has "Updated" their servers few days ago. Maybe thats why its a bit slow. Give it few days until the new servers starts to go smoothly.
