The built-in unreplacable battery scares me --- other than that I am all for buying it. :D

Yea that's the same with iPods. Except for my ROKR E1 iTunes Phone. :D

OIC. But people are not having problems with or concerned about their iPods because of this "static" design, right? Maybe it won't be a big issue after all. Time will tell. Anyways, such a phone is currently out of reach for me. :(

Looks like iPhone is missing quite a few features we see even in normal mobile phones these days. Even though it says that the use can't install 3rd party software, at WWDC they showed that people can write their own softwares using AJAX, to run inside Safari. Maybe the side by side comparison only took the Java apps into account.
