Because it's very impotent to slt ADSL users.Now slt distributes a huge connection Island wide.They don't improve the line bandwidth.So every one's connections are slow down.
This should not be happened.Because every one like to have a good speed even pay a high amount monthly.

upload speed =0.87kbps
and i check my speed from Ip-Details.com (http://www.ip-details.com/)
