Vista theme - Pretty straight forward, it changes your start menu, task bar and all your icons,etc to vista style.

Sidebar - Just like the vista sidebar, but for xp. it allows u to customize it by putting stuff like a google searchbar, cpu tachs, photo viewer, calender, analog clock and more all on your desktop.

Vista desktops - A bunch of desktops from vista.

Topdesk - Is the 3d window flipper thing that vista calls 'aero'. by pressing alt + tab, it allows you to scroll through your windows like vista or even mac style. Its an amazing tool.
