Try 512MB NVidia G-force or ATI Radion seres PCI Express 2.0(x16) VGA
But it nearly 11,000/=

you can buy 256MB vga to play your game. it's about 6000/= or something

You don't need 512MB VRAM to play Oblivion. 256MB is enough, provided that you can't get a high end card like 7900GT or X1900XT. Anything below that, will not utilize the 512MB VRAM properly.

But you need at least a 7600GS or X1600XT card to play it with acceptable quality level, but definitely not high details or high resolution.

And it is not Scrolls of Oblivion :D
It is called Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion
