it only works with AT&T service provider for the moment, unless it is hacked.
we don't have AT&T in SL, right? :P

you might be able to watch the video, take photos, view photos and listen to music (maybe you can't even do them, without a working SIM), but you can't surf the internet, make calls and so whatever you are supposed to do with a phone :D
