NAT-PMP means
Network Address Translation Port Mapping Protocol....
So you need to give the NAT IP address. But this happens when you are accessing the Internet from a office or a place where you are using NAT. (Maybe a cafe even)
So ask the admin what is the IP address of NAT gateway
UPnP means Universal Plug and Play
It allows peer to peer communication in a much efficient manner..
If you want more info about UPnP just go to http://www.upnp.org/

I am using a basic home ADSL connection (512kbps). Should I enable UPnP and NAT-PMP Port mapping?
