50,000 claim drops to 20,000 within few hours

The LTTE website nitharsanam.com operating from Oslo
and the media forum of the London based pro LTTE Tamil
Councillors, within few minutes of conclusion of the
campaign claimed 50,000 people attended the LTTE
demonstration held at the Trafalgar Square in the
Central London.
LTTE claim now drops to 10,000

The LTTE media claim of the numbers attending the
demonstration in Trafalgar Square in London is rapidly
declining. Original claim of 50,000 saw a sharp
decline to 20,000 within few hours in the LTTE website
nitharsanam.com. The sister website pathivu.com of
nitharsanam is now claiming only 10,000 attended the
demonstration.
Final tally of Trafalgar Square crowed

After painstaking effort of counting, it is now
established under 1,260 people attended the LTTE rally
in the Trafalgar Square in London.
The photograph above was exploded into large segments
and head count was carried out. When a line was drawn
in the middle across the count was relatively easy and
number established was 77 people below the line. When
densely crowded area above the line was counted after
segmenting the area into ten smaller units and
enlarging them, it was established only 928 heads
including heads stretched to the far left of the
Trafalgar Square.
LTTE media fiddle continues -- Tamilnet joins the
number game.

The Trafalgar Square demonstration of the LTTE has
ended up in number cooking game. The LTTE’s
nitharsanam.com was first to claim whilst the
demonstration was in progress that 50,000 Tamils had
gathered at Trafalgar Square. Within few hours the
number went down to 20,000 in the nitharsanam
reporting. Then a report filed in the LTTE’s
Pathivu.com claimed a much reduced number of 10,000
attending.
