are you mad , hey sorry you can't add a video like your adding a image , and even you cant add a image that on your computer first of all you have to upload it to a image hosting site and then you get the url and now you can add the url inside the IMG tag so then it will work

and case of an movie file you have to upload it to a file sharing site and get the url and post it here so the others can download it.
