Microsoft's OneResponse portal, which helps aid groups coordinate efforts in a disaster, doesn't look like much, but that's the point. The SharePoint derivative is designed to work on even the poorest of Internet connections.

A small collection of servers and storage sits in Microsoft's Building 25, ready at a moment's notice to serve as the collaboration portal for aid groups to coordinate disaster response.
