1) You need to connect your phone to your computer and syncronize it using Microsoft Active Sync (Just type on google to download Sync for free)

2) Save regeditWM.exe and Cer.cab file from ur PC to ur phones main folder (c500/c550)

3) Run regeditWM.exe on ur C500/C550

4) it will come up with a menu to select registry values. from that menu select HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE (next)---> Security --> Policies --> Policies -->Value --> 00001001
and change the value (00001001) from 2 to 1

5) do the same for 00001005 value = 40

After changing the registry just run the Cert.cab on ur device
and finally RUN SPVC500-550 unlocker.exe File ON UR COMPUTER while ur phone attached to the computer with MicroSoft Active Syncronizer.. Job Done

Thers noway you can unlock 6680,6630 N70 and few more nokia brands at the present time. everybodys waiting for a solution to come out. alt you can request the unlocking codes from the network where your phone is locked.

Tell me wot phone did you try to unlock. and the operator of your phone. normaly they unlock this types of phones on the high street for $100 in states.
i tried this unlocker with my own phone and perfectly working and removed my SIM and Network locks in a second.

Yep i brought this thread up, cos i was thinking by now they might have this phone in srilanka. it has been almost 2-3 years they made this phone for europe so you will find this unlocker usefull if u come across with any of these models

my hotmail is full of mails asking how to unlock this model frommembers from different forums. i wonder why nobody in SL have this phone
