Nokia 5800 new firmware update with new features (Kinetic Scrolling)

Firmware version 40 was released almost three weeks back. I had it for more than a week without any problems worth noting. Since no one has posted about this, I thought of opening up this thread. IMO this is the biggest firmware upgrade so far.

I updated over the air (OTA), but I think its also available through Nokia Software Updater (NSU).

I have one query here , Recently i got the unlock guide & instruction from this site http://www.mobileunlockguide.com/ & i unlocked my mobile ..
Could i download this software in my unlocked mobile or it will create problem?
