MOVIE MAKER HELP!!!

I am running Windows Vista Business and I tried to use MOVIE MAKER. But it says that the

Windows movie maker cannot start because your Video card doesn't support the required level of hardware acceleration or hardware acceleration is not there.

Please help me to get around this and start anyway(I don't care if it will slow down or not show all effects!!!

What's your VGA?

If your index base score is 1-2 then you cant use movie maker at all.
