You can completely restore ur system to a previous time and it will remove all the programs, activx, addons, configuration faults, and of course virus & M codes.

"badtnc" has given the exact method; and thats the best way, but some times if the virus is in ur pc; it will not let u activate the show hidden system files option to be activated. even u activate go there again and u will see the tick is there again,

any way here is a short cut
* scan using the virus guard. almost any virus guard will detect the infected file but will not delete the autorun.inf file coz its a system file. i also have manually created in my pen drive to use a icon for the drive.

*After scanning the drive in the My computer Address bar type x:\autorun.inf where x is the drive letter. for a example if ur drive letter is "F" then type f:\autorun.inf

* A notepad will open with some text. delete all the text in it and save it again.

*Remove the drive and plug it again.

That will solve the problem.

My opinion : search .inf files in all da hard drives & you should choose unvaluble ones.then deleate all of Unwanted autorun ( .inf ) files & Check da hard with updated Virus guard .Restart computer.Look out the result

hey we cant remove viruses by restoring the system bt temporary system ekak mama kiyala dennam

(mekeng virus eka remove wenne na but double click karala open karanda puluwang wei)

1. Go to run (in start menu)

2. type gpedit.msc Press Enter

3. from the menu select "user configuration"

4. on that select "Administrative Templates "

5. Select "System" Then Double Click on file "Turn Off Auto play" then Turn Off Auto play Properties will display

II. Select All drives
III. Click OK


Thats it

This will Disable the Auto play But still ur pc iz infected by the virus

install some good virus guard (I'm using Kasper sky) update it and scan ur pc to remove the virus
