do u have to be 18 to get your license in Lanka? I didnt know that coz here in Aus you can get it once you are 15 and 9 months or some shit coz i got my license and started driving at 16. But then again dats probably why we have a higher rate of road accidents than you guys even though lanakan driving is crazy hahahaha
