I'm new to this Moneybookers. It have something that Paypal don't have.

They can withdraw funds to any country.
Can receive and send funds to accounts from any country.
Many more...

Well, why not reffer?

The only thing it will do is, collect a percentage of the fees charged by the moneybookers.
We have to pay the fees for moneybookers anyway, so why not a Sri Lankan earn a fraction of that money?
