Haha this looks like sagem vodafone phone. which country is it from? :) if it is from vodafone uk i will get you the codes (this is the only way to unlock this phone at the moment).

1.Uncover phone and very careful desolder glued Flash chip from board;
2.Place flash chip on BGA adapter and read it via universal programmer (like UP 1024);
3.Pack readed 'flash.bin' and send to

4.Solder careful flash chip back to phone PCB! Phone must power on;
5.Enter via keyboard code received as replay;
