This is mainly due to too many people using ADSL in your area.
Anyway turn off the router/modem and connect it again. It will greatly help sometimes. Coz even now i am getting good browsing speeds and download speeds from 512kbps connection.
Changing DNS servers also can help. But not that much.

It's actually your fault!!! You people buy new ADSL connections and the existing users (and the new ones too) get a lower quality service!! :frown: :frown:
