Nero trouble

I'm using Nero 7 premium.

Whenever Nero Burning Rom is open, if I try to move a file (Cut & Paste) in the computer, Nero gets stuck. The CPU usage goes to 100%, and Nero is shown "Not Responding" in the task manager.

Is this a problem with Nero, or a problem with my computer (problem with hard disk etc.)?
Will re-installing Nero solve the problem?

dont do Cut & paste. i think this is da prob from u r nero;
just drug & drop da file.
