I'am a student at acbt.So I know a lot about than you guys.So my recommand is if you have money , wish to migrate to australia and can self-controll your self ACBT is a good place.Lecturers are very friendly.They always willing to help us.

Main problem there is Course fee,If you accidently fail a subject you have to pay full amount. Rs 42,000

Now theres an Acbt at kandy.So as I know there course fee is much less than Colombo
