Oh... in that case use WMV format with a program like digital media converter (http://www.deskshare.com/dmc.aspx)
then

1. Start Digital Media Converter.
2. On the File menu, select Add Files.
3. Select the file you want to reconvert to WMV. You can also select an existing
WMV file that you want to convert to a profile that gives smaller file size.
4. On the Tools menu, select Settings.
5. From the General Settings, select an appropriate WMV profile depending upon
your distribution needs.
6. Select the Properties tab.
7. Select the lowest possible bit rate for your choice of Video Profile.

For WMV get MS Windows Media Encoder 9 Series from

http://software-files.download.com/sd/l4EgUb9IBOddRHRHUCvcNW9MWC-HlYUmCRBFrLfGJvlkrDYEmTiNr8cLQBkhiWxDf91l4G_nNYMgf QdANalsfMvKUu_QhRBC/software/10211788/10211789/3/WMEncoder.exe?ptype=3001&ontid=2140&siteId=4&edId=3&pid=10211788&psid=10211789

For Real Video get RealProducer Basic from
http://forms.real.com/rnforms/products/tools/producerbasic/index.html

For DivX get DrDivX from
http://labs.divx.com/DrDivX

You can get XviD codec too, it's much better than normal DivX
http://www.xvid.org

If you like new MP4 formats which gives better quality and small filesize try MPEG-4 AVC (H.264) or MPEG-4 SP but remember you need special software to play them.

Try DivX Pro 6.4 too. never tried it but heard that its cool too.
