yes, FRAPS (but full version ;))

and then encoded by virtualdub (32bit :() to XviD at 3750kbps

then trimmed it down using MediaCoder.

I'm wasting a lot of ammo because I can't aim for the head when capturing...The framerate drops to ~15 . Otherwise I don't use much ammo :)
