jus look @ dis table , Hong Kong is ust above SL, so Hong Kong beat SL by high margin to quallify the cup chamionship. Thailand is in Bowl Championship. The standard of Thalland rugby lower than us. But i can say without a dobout SL must be in above such nations like serbia n moldova..
