Anyway i have a Friend in USA.He has a 100 M bit internet connection.He only pays 28$ per month :( :( :(. We almost pay 6400 fro 2 Mbits :(

ADSL needs the normal phone cables. Only SLT gives such line. So only SLT can give ADSL.
