A claymore mine recovered - Kadawatha

[October 19, 2006]

A claymore mine has been found by the police personnel near Pushparama road, at 9th mile post in Kadawatha area this morning.

The Colombo-Kandy main road has been presently closed. Commuters are requested to use alternative routes until the area is cleared.
